Orders under $150 within NZ - shipping cost is $9

We aim to ship all orders either same or next day - this means if you order in the morning on a weekday we will get it on the courier by the afternoon. If you order in the evening we will aim to get it away the next morning - orders will not be shipped until The Good Room has received payment in full and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order. All orders placed during the weekend will leave on the Monday morning following.

We also ship to AUSTRALIA and The Rest of the WORLD :)

WHO DO WE USE FOR POSTAGE?

I'll be honest- we here at The Good Room might have a slight tendency to be, shall we say "quirky". With this in mind, we don't really trust the postal service ( quirk) so we will ALWAYS use a courier service or registered post. We like to be able to track things down should we need to. We use Post haste for our courier service.

Post haste aim to deliver next day for those of you based in Auckland, Bay of plenty and Hamilton other wise you can expect a two day service. Unless of course you are on a rural delivery service, which is then up to the postie!

If you reside in the lovely SOUTH ISLAND then its a 2-3 day service. If you need any more info or would like a Saturday delivery, just drop us a line at hello@thegoodroom.co.nz and we can help out. If something is delayed then we will let you know.

Australia - Tracked shipping is $60* we no longer have an un tracked option  - Any questions just drop us an email to discuss! *Note: extra costs may apply for larger items. 

Its also worth noting that The Good Room is not responsible for any customs charges incurred, every country has different rules and its up to you to deal with that.

CAN YOU PAY WITH CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL AND BANK DEPOSIT? 

YES! Just follow the shopping cart process and you will see the credit card option on the left of the paypal page. Please note The Good Room will be the name that appears on your cardholder statements.

WHAT ABOUT BANK DEPOSIT? 

We understand not everyone has a credit card - we prefer credit card or paypal but we do also accept payment via bank transfer. Just checkout like normal and select bank transfer as your payment method- you will then be provided with our bank details. Please note payments must be received within 5 working days or your order will be deemed void.

RETURNS

RETURNS POLICY - EXCHANGES

Okay, well by law we DON'T have to exchange something if you simply don't like it - BUT sometimes we are too nice to listen to that kind of thing - SO if you don't like it, doesn't fit or whatever the reason, all you need to do is drop us an email and we will let you know how to ship the item back to us for either an EXCHANGE, or a STORE CREDIT. 

All returns must be received within 10 days of the original purchase date. Once deciding you wish to return an item the first thing you need to do is email us for further instruction. From there we will provide delivery information. You also need to use a track and trace shipping option on your return because if it goes missing in the post we take no responsibility. All postage fees incurred are payable by you but if its an exchange we will usually ship the replacement back to you free of charge.

Please note all refunds will be processed into the exact account you purchased with.

Its important to note that refunds will not be processed until all goods have been returned to us and we are satisfied of their condition. 

 Also we honor your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act so it if there is a fault with the item, then please contact us and we will endeavor to rectify the problem. All items purchased ON SALE are NON-REFUNDABLE- Sorry about that.  Also if you order a skateboard and ask for it to be gripped - we cant offer a refund or exchange - so please be sure of your decision!

As well as this fantabulous online store we have a physcial store in Mt Maunganui, we endeavour to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible but there are times when someone can be purchasing an item in store at the same time as you might be online. If this happens we will notify you asap, apologise and refund you straight away.
